Let Metro help process applications to test!
Metro offers a full service online Apply-to-Test system “add on” that is integrated into iCBT. This service is optional and available to at no charge to the agency. It provides the means for testing candidates to submit applications to test. The testing candidate provides identifying information that the state agency requires before being allowed to test.
Additionally, the iCBT system extends these powerful tools to employers and office managers. They can manage the application process for an unlimited number of employees via a special “Company Rep” account.
If an agency opts to employ Metro’s application system, testing candidates will visit www.metrosignup.com and provide the the required information to register for exams traditionally gathered by paper forms. In fact, agency forms are typically converted into online forms to preserve WSDA business processes.
An agency will have two options to handle online applications to test:
- Applications may be automatically approved, and candidates can immediately schedule any exam.
- Applications may be reviewed by the agency prior to approval. During review, agency staff can edit, approve, deny, or request additional information from the candidate. Once approved, the candidate is sent an approval email that contains instructions for scheduling one or more exams. Metro can provide agency stakeholders with a live demonstration of its Apply-To-Test application system upon request.
- An agency will have the ability to manage individual applicants, create a new user account edit an existing user, and select which exams the user is eligible to take.
- Metro can collect any agency fees associated with applying and remit these fees back to the agency.
